This is the website for the BTR Model Aircraft Club. We are located northwest of Ipswich and mainly fly fixed wing IC, electric and gliders. Members also fly helicopters and drones.
The club welcomes everyone, and all members must also join the BMFA. Members under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parent or guardian. The club can offer advice on getting started and provide tuition in most circumstances.
Our flying site access is via a farm track, and has fields on all sides, giving uninterrupted take off and landings (avoiding other members of course)
